Know which photos you are viewing
Seller listing images describe what is being offered. Warehouse photos show the item received for an order. This site’s drawings and hero illustration are explanatory artwork; they are not seller images or warehouse evidence.
LoloBuy’s public homepage describes warehouse inspection and photographs. The number, scope and availability of views for a particular order should be checked in the current account. We do not claim that the sheet contains QC photos for every product.
Compare the order first
| Check | Compare against |
|---|---|
| Item and version | The selected model and order reference |
| Color and size label | Your saved variant and size |
| Quantity and included parts | The actual ordered contents |
| Visible damage or mismatch | The current listing and specific expected detail |
| Measurements, when available | The method used in the size chart |
A readable size label helps confirm the option; it does not prove fit. A picture of both shoes helps compare a pair; it does not prove authenticity or comfort.
Ask for a view that answers a question
Illustrative example: “Please show the back of the size tag and measure the flat chest from armpit to armpit” is more useful than “More QC please” when the unresolved issue is sizing. Ask whether that service is available and whether it has an extra charge.
For a bag, the question might be the opening or strap attachment. For a phone case, it might be the exact camera cutout. Choose the view because it resolves a specific uncertainty, not because more photos automatically create certainty.
Act before approving the parcel
If a visible detail differs, keep the original order reference, selected option and a concise description of the discrepancy. Contact the platform while the item is still in the warehouse and review the available remedy and applicable deadline.
Photos cannot test hidden materials, long-term durability or every performance claim. Where the unresolved issue requires a different kind of evidence, acknowledge the limit and decide whether you still want the item before international dispatch.
Keep this checklist
- Identify seller photos versus warehouse photos.
- Compare the exact order and option.
- Request a specific missing view if available.
- Resolve visible differences before parcel approval.
