Record the account information
For each item, save the order reference, received status, date, displayed storage deadline and any pending request. Different items in a haul can arrive on different days. Do not assume that the newest arrival resets the deadline for every item.
During this site’s source check, the official homepage showed differing storage wording as it loaded. We therefore do not publish a fixed allowance here. Confirm the applicable terms and exact deadline in the current account or with official support.
Resolve checks while options remain
Review available photos and any requested measurements promptly. Keep a visible mismatch separate from a packing request: first establish whether you want to keep the received item, then decide how to pack it.
If you want a return, exchange, extra photo or a different service, check current eligibility, timing and charges with LoloBuy. A warehouse storage deadline is not automatically the same as a seller’s after-sales deadline.

Ask before the deadline
If you cannot ship in time, ask what options exist for that specific order. Request a clear answer about any extension, fee, handling step or consequence. Keep the response with the date and order reference.
Do not rely on a general statement that another shopper received a longer period. Your own account and the current service terms determine the action you need. Once you choose a parcel, verify which items it includes and which remain in storage.
Keep this checklist
- Record each item’s exact displayed deadline.
- Review inspection questions promptly.
- Check return timing separately from storage.
- Ask about unresolved items before expiry.
