Enter comparable inputs
At the 7 November 2026 check, the official form exposed destination, weight in grams, item category and length, width and height in centimeters. Choose the destination first and enter the available measurements using those units.
A kilogram and a gram are different inputs: an illustrative 2 kg parcel is 2,000 g. Do not enter “2” into a grams field when you mean two kilograms. If dimensions are still unknown, label the result provisional rather than presenting it as your final cost.
Record the assumptions with the result
| Field | Illustrative record |
|---|---|
| Destination | Chosen country and requested delivery area |
| Weight | 2,000 g, provisional |
| Dimensions | 30 × 25 × 20 cm, provisional |
| Contents | Exact item types entered in the form |
| Route and date | Selected route, current query date and displayed terms |
The dimensions and weight are a teaching example. No route was queried for this example and no price is being quoted.
Compare more than the headline freight
Review the billing basis, route eligibility, service description and what the displayed amount includes. Keep optional packing, protection, handling, taxes or other charges separate unless the live interface explicitly includes them.
For US and European destinations, use the precise destination offered by the tool. Do not apply a quote for one country to another country. A listed delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date, and any import or tax question should be checked using the relevant current official information.
Recheck after packing changes
Removing a box, consolidating items or using another protective option can change dimensions and weight. Query again when you have better parcel information. A low item weight does not guarantee a low billable weight.
Save the final quote assumptions and compare them with the payable parcel summary before submission. Ask the platform to explain any difference using the route, weight, dimensions and date from your record.
Keep this checklist
- Use the official estimator.
- Enter grams and centimeters correctly.
- Record destination, contents, dimensions, route and date.
- Compare the final packed parcel with the estimate.
